Prices of apartments

Prices vary, as follows :

  1. Length of stay
    • Short stays, 7 to 30 days
    • Medium stays, 2-5 months
    • Long stays, over 6 months
  2. Type of apartment
  3. Reservation and payment agreements :
    • To ensure our best service to you, book at least 48 hours in advance (working days)
    • We accept payment by credit-cards (Visa and Master-Card) and in cash. A 50% advance down-payment at least 48 hours before your intended date of arrival is very much advised to secure your reservation. Final settlement must be made on hand-over of your keys. Any prolongation of your stay must be pre-payed by the amount corresponding to such prolongation
    • Bank-transfers can only be accepted on company accounts. The transfer must be registered on our bank account 48 hours (working days) before arrival of the customer intended.

Office Rentals

Prices vary, as follows :

  1. Length of occupation
  2. Type of office
    • 110m²
    • 120m²
  3. Reservation and payment agreements :
    • Lease signed for one year
    • Six months lease paid in advance
    • Caution of one month’s rental
    • The contract must be signed and all payments for all afferent conditions afore-mentioned effective before handing-over of keys.
    • All rentals due as of the First day of the Month
